We’ll sit down with you for a personalized consultation to explore exactly what you want for your birth experience. From pain management options to who you want present, and specific interventions you’d like to avoid, every detail matters. Then, we’ll craft a customized birth plan tailored to your unique vision for your baby's arrival. This isn’t just paperwork- it’s your voice made clear and strong, guiding your team through one of the most important moments of your life.

Doula support starts with your commitment and continues unwaveringly throughout your pregnancy and delivery. There’s no hard cutoff- I’m here for your questions anytime via phone, because your journey doesn’t pause. We’ll have two in-depth, formal meetings between your second and third trimesters to prepare and empower you.
At week 38, I go on call for your delivery, ready to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support when it counts the most. Expect to invest around $1500 for this comprehensive care, with exact fees depending on your location. This isn’t just a service, it’s a partnership committed to your birth experience from start to finish.
